Honest take: If your pain is “prove what we did on site” with GPS-stamped photos, reports, checklists, and deep integrations into Jobber / QuickBooks / AccuLynx-style stacks, CompanyCam is ahead. If your pain is “is this sub’s insurance green before I pay them?” plus a living remodel portal for the homeowner, that’s SubPassport. We do daily photo updates on the Passport—we are not trying to replace CompanyCam’s photo archive.
